RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

The HDSW Residential Community provides its participants with a foundation upon which greater independence can be built. Each transitional step is accomplished by achieving goals developed in a Service Plan. Residents are assisted in bringing together all aspects of treatment into one continuous support network, which allows for greater success in transition from one level of service to another. The following residential programs assist persons recovering from behavioral health conditions to reintegrate into the community.

Congregate Care

Supervised community residences in two locations offer housing for men and women (18 years of age and above). The program provides room and board, support and rehabilitative services, medication management, 24-hour supervision, and social & cultural activities.
